Only representatives of Associate Members (membership dues for 2026 must be paid) who have completed their Annual Meeting registrations for the 2026 Annual Meeting may participate. Only registered attendees can give presentations. If you are interested in securing a 5-minute slot in either the Programming Highlights or Technical Highlights, submit your request below.
Presentations must be submitted in advance to CCTA through this form only. The deadline for receipt of presentations is April 30 at 5 p.m. EST.
As part of the 2026 CCTA Annual Meeting, we are pleased to offer a FOA Fiber Basics (BFO) Badge & Certificate training program in collaboration with UCL Swift Americas.
This one-day, hands-on training is designed to provide both foundational knowledge and practical experience in fiber optics, all while earning a globally recognized credential.

The CCTA Emerging Media Fellowship Program is designed to spotlight 30 exceptional, underrepresented young adults (ages 18-26) from the Caribbean, U.S., and diaspora communities who are poised to become the next generation of content creators, executives, technologists, and visionaries.
These RISING STARS are:
Media, film, and communications students at HBCUs or international universities
Creators with proven initiative via YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, or independent projects.
Young professionals in early agency, production, or network assistant roles
First-generation or diaspora youth navigating the creative industry pipeline
Applicants from economically disadvantaged or underserved creative communities
