Privacy Policy
As a benefit of their support of CCTA's events and our members, sponsors and exhibitors will be provided with contact information for all attendees to be used for meeting requests and dinner invitations. If you DO NOT wish to have your contact information included on the distribution list or the attendee listing, you must check the box on the registration form stating such. A full attendee list will be provided to all attendees after the event.

Refund Policy
The Caribbean Cable & Telecommunications Association will not refund any annual membership dues once payments have been received by the association.

The association will accept cancellations of Annual Meeting registrations up until 5:00 p.m. on February 23, 2024.  After deducting a $50.00 cancellation fee, a refund check or credit card credit will be issued within two weeks after the close of the Annual meeting. Cancellations must be in writing. The association will accept substitute attendees for existing registrations.
