Emerging Media Fellowship Program

The CCTA Emerging Media Fellowship Program is designed to spotlight 40 exceptional, underrepresented young adults (ages 18-26) from the Caribbean, U.S., and diaspora communities who are poised to become the next generation of content creators, executives, technologists, and visionaries.

**Fellows Receive:**

Access to exclusive executive roundtables
Digital credentials enhancing professional profiles
Structured networking with board members
Post-conference mentorship support

These RISING STARS are:

Media, film, and communications students at HBCUs or international universities
Creators with proven initiative via YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, or independent projects.
Young professionals in early agency, production, or network assistant roles
First-generation or diaspora youth navigating the creative industry pipeline
Applicants from economically disadvantaged or underserved creative communities
